Hello! I am Stacia Lawrence and I have spent the last several years diving into the deepest layers of myself, learning the critical importance of connecting the mind, body, and soul.
I have suffered throughout most of my life with chronic migraine syndrome and found myself living a quality of life I couldn’t recognize. I was also dealing with chronic pain from an old snow skiing accident as well. I found my athletic, upbeat, energetic, bubbly self swallowed up with pain, anxiety, and depression. Once I was ready to reach deep within myself and peel back the layers that were deeply attached, only then was I able to begin the healing process.
Humbly and spiritually I was led down the most beautiful path discovering and indulging in kundalini yoga, sound healing, meditation, scripture study, acupuncture, life coaching and energy work. On my holistic path I discovered you cannot “be the light” until you invite it to consume every fiber of your being. I am happy, connected, energized and excited to live my life to the fullest. Yoga means Union. The union of the individual, with the divine consciousness. Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life. Connecting to our inner peace and deepest truths, allows us to make the most of difficult or bad situations; see the best in others and view ourselves and our abilities powerfully. Make positive thinking a habit, continually search for the silver lining and making the best out of any situation you find yourself in.
Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness, trauma or addiction, it is a dynamic process of change and growth. Meditation is a special method for familiarizing our mind with positivity and virtue. Proven benefits of meditation include stress reduction, improved concentration, enhanced productivity, chronic pain reduction, better sleep, sustainable energy levels, emotional balance, increased immunity, improved metabolism and more.
Sound is a very powerful amplifier of our intention. Anything that we desire or wish to create can accelerate forward in its creation through sound. We must be aligned, relaxed and take time to envision, and trust in what we are creating. We must take the time to go inward and rest in deep relaxation. Creation comes from within. Crystal Singing Bowls or Drums are used to harness our intentional energy for manifesting with sound. Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit.
Cathartic movement is designed to breakdown and exert our physical bodies. Allowing us access to heal and repair from the inside out. Finding relief from painful trauma, deeply held-in feelings, troubled thoughts or layers of suffering within us. Powerful breathe work, outbursts of crying, or even belly laughter is common during this holistic experience. After the release comes clarity, focus, energy and alignment with our true north. We truly illuminate and connect our mind, body and soul.
